Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar Client File Review or Client Due Diligence role within a Wealth Management or Investment Management company.
- I require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all outputs.
- I expect a strong understanding of relevant compliance and awareness of regulations, with the ability to escalate areas of concern or issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq system would be useful.
- Effective communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities
- In this 12-month fixed-term contract role, I need you to ensure that our business has a comprehensive understanding of each client and the AML risk they pose to our Wealth Management operations.
- You will confidently re-risk client relationships using the AML risk rating tool and focus on reviewing client files to ensure completeness.
- You will undertake Client Due Diligence completeness checks and data gap analysis, verifying that client due diligence is appropriate for the level of risk they present to our company.
- You will collect missing information and pursue any requested information while confidently communicating with clients.
- It will be your responsibility to review account activity, ensuring compliance with expectations and that account structures are correctly documented in Avaloq for inclusion in overnight screening.
