Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, experience working in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Ability to contribute to and embrace our company's cultural shift.
- Proficiency in back-end development using TypeScript or PHP (Laravel).
- Experience with front-end technologies, specifically Vue.js (flexible to React).
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure management, preferably using CDK or Terraform.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications with both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using CDK (preferred) or Terraform.
- Support DevOps functions, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Take ownership of projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality results.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team growth.
