Must:
We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience across the stack, including TypeScript, React Native, React, Node, Postgres, and GCP/Firebase. You should have a genuine full-stack mindset, feeling comfortable working in mobile apps, web applications, the backend, and writing SQL when necessary. It’s crucial that you can write efficient, production-ready code—fast, reliable, observable, and easy to maintain. You should be comfortable in a high-pace release culture and product-focused, enabling you to empathize with users and steer feature development. Ideally, you have 6 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in a fast-moving startup or product-led environment. Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality are essential, along with the ability to work in GMT-friendly time zones. A deep familiarity with AI-powered software engineering tools (like Cursor, Windsurf, v0, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
As our Tech Lead, you will be crucially hands-on, owning the technology stack and guiding a small engineering team. Youll be directly responsible for shipping critical code while mentoring other engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring our platform scales with our rapid international growth. You will deploy multiple times per day, and youll be a key partner to the founders, translating business goals—such as US expansion—into a clear technical roadmap and high-quality, high-velocity execution.
