Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience on the HRSD module
- Experience building and maintaining complex integrations with platforms like Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform master data and HR processes
- Ability to provide solutions leveraging OOB ServiceNow capabilities
- Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, Jelly Script, HTML, XML, CSS
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (desirable)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (desirable)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create technical designs leveraging OOB ServiceNow-provided capabilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Maintain, fix, or build integrations with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP
- Implement and optimize automated workflows and business rules to streamline processes
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system health checks
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other professionals
- Guide and drive HRSD Ops and release team with technical expertise
Description
