Service Centre Administrator

In this role, you will manage all assets coming into the workshop and liaise with the relevant distribution teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies. Regular auditing will be required to ensure reliable and up-to-date tracking of all assets. You will collaborate with the Service Centre to request approval for repairs from customer accounts and order the correct parts necessary for our engineers to maintain high standards in repairs. You will be responsible for the management and distribution of repair parts delivered to the workshop, ensuring correct pairing and timely repair of assets. Additionally, you will maintain records of used, DOA, and not used parts to guarantee proper tracking and reduce delays. Logging, re-logging, and/or re-opening live calls for assets to consult with external departments or companies will also be part of your duties. General housekeeping practices will be important to eliminate causes of backlogs to ensure continuous and fluent service to our customers. You will coordinate asset and stock management sessions for fluidity and prevent asset misplacement, assist in specific tasks requiring prompt investigation and resolution, and maintain a functional and accurate location system to support precise asset management. You will also be involved in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of 6S practices in the workshop.
