Must:
We are looking for 3 Tech Bar engineers to join our team. We require 2 Senior Customer Engineers and 1 Customer Engineer. No security clearance is necessary; however, an account needs to be created for each resource. We will provide the necessary laptops for the role.
Responsibilities
As a Tech Bar engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the handover of new mobile devices and the collection of legacy devices.
- Recording all handovers and returns, while providing daily and weekly summary reports.
- Supporting users as they migrate from Workspace ONE to MDM or by setting up new devices, in line with the agreed migration approach.
- Offering additional remote support via Microsoft Teams (or similar platforms) for all users in scope.
Description
This project involves deploying a total of 3,100 mobile devices, with 1,200 devices being configured in Hatfield and delivered directly to users' homes. The remaining 1,900 devices will be built and deployed via our Tech Bar located in Warrington. The Tech Bar operation is expected to run for up to 8 weeks, with a provisional start date of October 27 and a completion date of December 19.
