Must:
- Proficient in hardware troubleshooting (Desktops, Laptops, Printers)
- Experience with video conferencing and operational hardware
- Ability to assist with desk, office, and boardroom setups
- Familiarity with network and server support tasks
- Capable of providing first-level troubleshooting for applications
- Skilled in capturing, storing, and updating site information
- Knowledgeable in EUC hardware setup, deployment, and re-imaging
- Experience handling mobile device setup and deployment
- Understanding of software/application installation
- Basic knowledge of printing and network troubleshooting
- Capable of providing New Hire Induction
- Experience in managing end user asset inventory and life cycle
- Ability to support meeting room devices and warehouse equipment
- Organized in maintaining onsite inventory of supported devices
Responsibilities
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops and laptops
- Assist with hardware and office setups as requested
- Execute tasks for network or server support as directed by escalation teams
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for applications
- Capture, store, and update in-scope site information
- Set up, deploy, and collect EUC hardware (laptops and desktops)
- Set up, deploy, and collect mobile devices (phones/tablets)
- Install software/applications specific to country/site
- Provide basic printing support
- Troubleshoot network and server issues
- Conduct New Hire Induction for new employees
- Manage local end user asset inventory and lifecycle
- Provide first-level support for meeting room devices such as VC devices, projectors, and displays
- Support warehouse devices including RF equipment and label printers
- Maintain onsite inventory of all supported devices
