Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecoms engineering or a related field (e.g., networking or electrical)
- Strong understanding of IP networking, routers, and SIP trunking
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSCS card, NVQ Level 2/3 in ICT or Telecoms) are highly desirable
- Clean driving license, as this is a field-based role requiring travel to client sites
- Ability to diagnose and fix technical faults under pressure
Responsibilities
- Install and configure VoIP phone systems, hosted PBX, and structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Install and troubleshoot business broadband, leased lines, and Wi-Fi networks
- Install and maintain IP-based CCTV and integrated security solutions
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure hardware and software are operating at peak efficiency
- Provide on-site training to clients and resolve complex technical queries

This is a full-time, permanent position with a field-based role across Yorkshire, Cumbria, and nationwide.
