Requirements
Must:
As a Senior Android App Developer, you should have strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDKs, along with a deep understanding of Jetpack libraries, Compose, and modern Android architecture components. You will need experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture. Familiarity with Android Studio, GitHub, mobile CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and the Play Store deployment process is essential. Proven experience in delivering high-quality Android applications in Agile environments is required. Additionally, you should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with design systems and translating Figma or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect implementations is important. Familiarity with analytics platforms (Firebase), crash reporting tools (Crashlytics), and user feedback loops is also necessary. You should have an understanding of mobile security best practices, GDPR compliance, and accessibility standards. Finally, experience using backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban while working in cross-functional product teams is expected.
Responsibilities
