Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. You should have a proven track record as both a technical and team leader, effectively balancing hands-on technical skills with leadership in delivery, project, and stakeholder management. A strong ability to build client relationships, understand challenges, and provide effective technical and project solutions is essential. Additionally, you should have experience managing a team of 6 direct reports while effectively handling your personal project workload. Proficiency in Java, Automation, Mobile (native and/or cross-platform), and modern cloud infrastructure is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take on technical leadership by confidently discussing technical designs with clients, ensuring that solutions align with business goals. You'll lead the design, implementation, and documentation of software solutions while maintaining coding standards and the health of the codebase. Hands-on development will also be part of your duties, as you may need to contribute to coding on projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and evaluate emerging technologies for relevance to current and future projects. As a team leader, you will foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team culture while providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management. You will promote continuous learning and improvement among team members.
