Requirements
Must:
- Qlik Sense Expertise: Proficiency in Qlik Sense, including data modeling, scripting, and visualization techniques.
- Data Integration and ETL: Knowledge of ETL processes, data extraction, and transformation, along with experience in SQL and data connectors.
- Scripting: Experience with Qlikās scripting language for custom data loading, transformation, and calculations.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Skills in visualizing data, selecting appropriate chart types, and creating user-friendly, interactive dashboards.
- Performance Optimization: Understanding of Qlik performance tuning, data model optimization, and dashboard load balancing.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data issues, application errors, and performance concerns.
- Communication: Effective at gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating with teams.
- Design and UX Skills.
- Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data security principles to ensure sensitive information is protected, along with the ability to apply role-based security, authentication, and authorization measures. Awareness of organizational data compliance requirements.
- Degree: Bachelorās degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least a couple of years of experience in Qlik Sense development.
- Language: Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
As a BI Developer specializing in Qlik Sense, my responsibility is to create, manage, and optimize data visualization solutions that will support data-driven decision-making within our organization. I am committed to transforming raw data into meaningful insights by building interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. My objective is to enable stakeholders to understand and analyze business performance effectively.
I will design, implement, and maintain Qlik Sense applications that provide accurate and actionable insights. My goal is to create intuitive, scalable dashboards that empower business leaders, analysts, and end-users to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and identify opportunities or risks. By leveraging Qlik Senseās data modeling and visualization capabilities, I ensure that data is accessible, comprehensible, and strategically valuable.

This role is available as a 6-month remote position based in the United Kingdom, and the salary will be determined based on experience.
