Requirements
Must:
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with clients
- Solid experience with Microsoft technologies — especially Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL Server
- Ability to run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into robust designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivery
- Coding experience in M, Python or R
- Good understanding of SQL and data modelling concepts
- Nice to have: Reporting experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
- Nice to have: Statistical or analytical modelling experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to scope, design and deliver data solutions that meet real analytical needs
- Design and build Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures
- Develop complex and reliable ETL pipelines
- Design secure, scalable and high-performance data infrastructure
- Ensure solutions are well documented from both a design and support perspective
- Act as a trusted technical voice within the data team and with clients
