Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Office 365 Email Solutions
- Familiarity with Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Mailbox Management
- Experience in Active Directory Users/Computers Management
- Basic understanding of client-side networking
- Ability to liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure faults are logged, managed, and that SLAs are met
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Desk provider is beneficial
- Proven ability to resolve incidents quickly using remote support tools
- Exposure to HP and Dell hardware is a plus
- A strong foundational knowledge and passion for learning more in the field
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to provide excellent support to our clients while working in a relaxed yet professional environment. Your role will include troubleshooting issues with operating systems, managing email solutions, and handling user accounts in Active Directory. You will also be responsible for liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure that system faults are properly logged and managed, while adhering to service level agreements. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team will be essential to your success in this position.
