Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Strong hands-on infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- Must be eligible for security clearance
Responsibilities
As the IT Infrastructure Analyst, I will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing troubleshooting, system support, and guidance to staff. This role will involve hands-on support and technical engagement primarily focused on MS 365, both on-premises and in the cloud.
