Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a B2C environment, with experience in Interaction Studio being a strong plus. You should be able to own and advance the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, ETL processes, and SFMC APIs is essential. A strong grasp of Contact Builder, data mapping, segmentation, and integration for email and push notifications is also required. Bonus points if you have worked inside Personalization Studio.
Responsibilities
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with our CRM managers, analysts, and campaign teams to bring strategic concepts to life through advanced, data-driven customer journeys. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions and developing reusable components. Additionally, you will empower the wider team by implementing scalable automation and technical best practices.
