Must:
SailPoint Engineer Contract: £650 - £700 p/d inside IR35 Location: Hybrid (2 days a week on-site in London) Duration: 6-month contract --- We are looking for individuals with experience in the SailPoint IIQ toolset, particularly in integrating SailPoint IIQ with various critical applications within our organization. You should possess a solid understanding of Active Directory and LDAP, with 3-5 years of experience being essential. Additionally, you will need the ability to troubleshoot custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ. Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems is highly recommended, as is scripting experience, such as PowerShell. A minimum of 3-5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience is required. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience integrating SailPoint solutions with other security tools and technologies, including SIEM and PAM solutions, is advantageous. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and experience in a multicultural environment are important. We expect office presence in line with our policies. Lastly, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, and Splunk is expected, and familiarity with CyberArk is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a part of our team, you will manage the production SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products. This includes developing and maintaining architectural design documents like technical diagrams, process flows, and system configurations. You will act as the 2nd line support for our SailPoint IIQ infrastructure, conducting security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities while recommending remediation strategies and implementing necessary controls. Monitoring and maintaining the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure, including servers, databases, and other components, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability will be crucial. You will manage vulnerabilities and patching activities as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network security, and compliance, is essential to ensure alignment of security initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements. In the later stage of the contract, there may be a need to perform support outside regular business hours in a watch duty capacity.
