Must:
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst (also known as Solutions Analyst, BA/QA Analyst, or Product Owner) with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and delivering IT projects. You should be an excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with business applications and Microsoft environments is a plus. Additionally, a focus on developing proof of concepts or business cases early in the project lifecycle is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with teams to analyze processes, systems, and data to create digital and tech solutions. You will lead workshops, build proofs of concept, and create product backlogs. Mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes, performing gap analyses, and designing test cases will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will support the testing processes and help resolve issues related to business applications.
