Requirements
Must:
- A good understanding of data governance
- Previous experience in training, documenting, and developing CRM platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Solid understanding and practical experience of using the MS Power Platform to enhance functionality and automate tasks within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience using PowerBI for reporting
- Experience providing end user training
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be looking for a Dynamics CRM Administrator to support the development of our MS Dynamics 365 CRM. You will work closely with senior leadership and our application support team, focusing on end users and strategies to encourage and improve the usage of the CRM.
Description
