We are looking for candidates who have:
- A 1st or 2:1 class degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject
- Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle
- A solid understanding of communications systems, networks, or RF
- Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS, or similar domains
- The ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases
- Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments

Responsibilities
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will:
- Take a lead technical role, collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure products are designed, built, and validated against real-world requirements
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
- Review architectures, interfaces, and design decisions
- Guide development and support verification & validation activity
- Champion good systems engineering practices and the V-model
- Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems
- Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction
