Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing and refining requirements; strong stakeholder engagement.
- Background in Defensive Cyber, Enterprise Architecture or Secure System Design.
- Verification and validation experience on complex technology projects.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering experience (ArchiMate, UML/SysML).
- Requirements management tooling experience (e.g., DOORS or equivalent).
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
- INCOSE ASE/IEng/CEng or equivalent professional registration.
- Familiarity with MOD architecture views is desirable.
- Understanding of system security principles.
- Agile delivery experience is a plus.
- Prior consultancy experience is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development and delivery of secure systems.
- Contribute to technical architectures, specifications, and engineering designs.
- Develop test, integration, verification and validation plans.
- Work across multiple lifecycle stages in dynamic delivery environments.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the development of engineering capability within our practice.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Engage with clients and support business development where required.
