Requirements
Must:
- I have a strong and proven track record in strategic project management and the delivery of complex solutions.
- I possess a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle for Interest Rates and Fixed Income products.
- I demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; I am articulate and persuasive, with the judgment and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
- I have significant experience as a business analyst/project manager in major and complex institutions, such as Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms.
- I have demonstrated analytical skills along with strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
- I have experience collaborating with Front Office/Trading and Sales/Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- I will support the Markets Transformation Initiative leads in driving the execution of strategic deliverables.
- I will lead or participate in working groups, workshops, and ad hoc sessions with senior business stakeholders, including Technology, Risk, Finance, and Front Office.
- I will gather business requirements and draft relevant project documentation (e.g., BRDs, process flows) in collaboration with IT and other business partners.
- I will assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes, and controls are effectively socialized and approved at the appropriate governance forum or level.
- I will identify synergies between programs and workstreams to minimize delivery time and maximize adoption.
Description
This role will require me to work three days per week in the Belfast office, so preference will be given to candidates within Northern Ireland; I will not consider relocation for this role. Although the position is initially for an 8-month period, there is a high possibility of extension. If this role interests me, I will be sure to forward an up-to-date copy of my CV.
