Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated Senior or Lead Developer experience working on native iOS or Android platforms (ideally both).
- Strong knowledge or interest in cross-platform development tools such as React Native or Flutter.
- Experience in a medium-sized business where scale and agility were critical.
- Solid understanding of modern mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience conducting thorough code reviews and leading end-to-end testing and release management, including app store submissions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of mobile apps used by thousands of people every day.
- Manage and guide a small team of mobile developers.
- Drive technical decisions and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, accessible user experiences.
- Embrace and work with multiple mobile technologies to create best-in-class applications.
- Influence the direction of future builds and technology selection within the engineering team.
