Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in supporting senior stakeholders/VIP users.
- Over 2 years of experience in IT customer support, including desktop and network troubleshooting for both on-site and remote users.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 (70%) and macOS (30%), with hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- At least 1 year of experience using ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Workspace ONE (preferred), Microsoft Intune, and JAMF.
- Preferably have experience working in a Financial Services organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide both remote and on-site desktop support to our users, including executives.
- Ensure proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented support for Windows and Mac laptops, Microsoft 365, Canon printers, and audio-visual equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network issues efficiently for both on-site and remote users.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance service delivery and user experience.
