Must:
I am looking for a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud support, delivery, and administration. You should possess strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration. I value confident communicators with excellent customer service skills, as well as those who can take ownership of projects and see them through to resolution. A full UK driving licence is essential for on-site work. Desirable skills include Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), knowledge of VoIP systems and support, and experience with Intune, Defender, and PowerShell.
Responsibilities
As a Cloud Technician, you will deliver cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Azure and Microsoft 365, while supporting users and mentoring the first-line support team with more complex issues. Your duties will include providing advanced diagnostics and support for technical issues, guiding the first-line team on escalations, and liaising directly with customers, both on-site and remotely, to ensure high satisfaction. You'll also complete system checks in line with remote system support policies, assist with the evaluation of new technologies and beta releases, and offer software application support to customers after training.
