Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of personal data handling and management. You should have experience in data validation and management, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Practical experience with the MS Power Platform for CRM automation is essential, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, along with strong customer service and time management abilities.
Desirable skills include experience with Power BI reporting, functional customization of Dynamics 365 CRM, familiarity with CRM Managed/Unmanaged Solutions and Security Roles, as well as experience in delivering user training and creating documentation. You should also possess the ability to gather and critically assess user requirements.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support teams with CRM contact data maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will integrate external data sources (e.g., ORCID, Ringold, UK Govt) for contact and account verification. Providing first-line CRM support and troubleshooting will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will deliver CRM training and create 'how-to' guides for staff. Developing MS Power Platform Flows and Apps to enhance CRM functionality is part of your responsibilities, as is managing CRM data import/export processes with validation steps. You will also perform end-user administration tasks and respond to user requests for system functionality.

This is a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract position within our IT team, where you will help enhance the Society's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on improving user engagement and usability.
