Must:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business change projects. Ideally, you will have experience working on client-facing projects, particularly in relation to client communications. Experience in wealth management is highly desirable, but we will also consider candidates with a background in general financial services.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join our front-office change team, focusing on a high-profile pricing transformation programme. You will work closely with a Project Manager to support the client communications and internal communications workstreams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops to gather requirements, managing relationships with key vendors involved in client communications, mapping key process flows and ensuring they are accurately translated to Visio. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing essential requirements documentation and translating these requirements for vendors when necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000, along with a 9% pension, life cover at 8x salary, income protection at 75% salary, and a discretionary bonus of up to 10%.
