- Experience in using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI for reporting and visualization is important.
- Knowledgeable and interested candidates in Facilities Management, including building data sources such as BMS, utility usage, office occupancy, space/resource management, maintenance schedules, and asset management will be prioritized.
- A background in Delivery, Property Services, or Facilities Management environments is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- As a Facilities Management Data Analyst, I will expect you to present data and insights in reports, dashboards, and presentations to help turn data into actionable decisions.
- You will support Facilities by creating data reports and collaborating closely with the FM Operations Team to improve data quality, aid decision-making, and plan strategic facility projects.
- You will analyze large volumes of complex data throughout the entire lifecycle, identifying issues and opportunities.
- Tailoring communications for diverse stakeholders to ensure clarity and impact will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will conduct root-cause analysis for data errors, trend analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis on various datasets, making recommendations as needed.
- I will count on you to understand and map key data requirements from the Facilities Management Team and broader business stakeholders.
- Producing ad-hoc reports and data visualizations to meet specific requests will be necessary.
- You will define and implement data quality metrics and controls across operational data systems to monitor and improve data quality.
- Providing technical expertise and serving as the first point of contact for analytics queries from non-data-oriented colleagues, offering guidance on how analysis can support their daily roles will also be essential.
