Requirements
Must:
- Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard applications in a domain environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting network and desktop issues.
- Ability to ask precise questions and gather sufficient information to diagnose and solve IT problems.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional manner when dealing with end-users.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain composure in changing workloads and constant interruptions.
- MCSA certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Help Desk Level 1 and Level 2 experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of our school's IT services, providing frontline technical support to staff and students.
- Assist in administering the school's computerized systems alongside the IT Manager/IT Systems Administrator.
- Support and maintain the Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk.
- Troubleshoot end-user desktop hardware and software problems.
- Set up and maintain new desktop hardware and machines.
- Help maintain the school's iPad fleet through Jamf MDM (Mobile Device Management System).
- Carry out IT-related projects as assigned in a diverse environment.
- Set up and maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office365, and ParentPay.
