Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience post-graduation (from fresh graduates to those with approximately 2 years of experience). The essential skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of Linux/Bash
- Familiarity with C/C++ would be a bonus
- Experience in version control (e.g. Git/Bitbucket)
- A degree in a technical subject such as computer science or engineering
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues with software applications, including bugs, performance problems, and integration issues.
- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through our support ticketing system.
- Application Maintenance: Ensuring applications are running smoothly and efficiently, including performing updates, patches, and configurations.
- Enhancements and Improvements: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to applications based on user feedback and performance data.
- Documentation: Maintaining and updating technical documentation, including procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration: Working closely with developers to report issues, provide feedback, and ensure applications meet user needs.
- Customer Onboarding: Updating customer configurations and rolling out, including the creation, updating, and running of Python scripts.
