Must:
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on development skills and basic data migration experience using an ETL tool. You should have:
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch Classes.
- Previous experience in data migration, field mapping, and using ETL tools such as MuleSoft (Dataloader.io) or Jitterbit (or similar).
- Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and familiarity with DevOps tools like GIT, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to design and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Ideally hold Salesforce Certifications, especially Platform Developer I.
In addition to these technical skills, we value strong communicators who can work collaboratively within a team. You should be flexible, adaptable, and a keen problem solver with a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
As the Junior Salesforce Developer, you will assist in supporting and developing our Salesforce platform. You will:
- Join our small, dynamic Salesforce team and contribute to improving processes and driving user adoption.
- Test and fix bugs, as well as support projects aimed at enhancing or configuring new features and functionality.
- Play a significant role in a Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration, which is part of our upgrade from Classic to Lightning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across various functions, responding to business-as-usual requests and incidents.
