Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance and willingness to go through the DV process.
- Strong background in Defence, Security, or Intelligence Data transformations, ideally across at least two areas within the ADS space.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Experience working closely with senior clients and shaping both technology and strategy.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to see the bigger picture and align delivery with business goals.
- Confidence in leading large teams and making decisions that drive programmes forward.
- A robust network across the Defence or Intelligence sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead account growth by understanding what matters to clients and shaping solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage multi-team programmes (20+ people), ensuring complex and high-profile initiatives are executed effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead proposals, and play a key role in business development.
- Collaborate across applications, cloud, infrastructure, and data to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Mentor junior consultants, build high-performing teams, and lead by example.
