Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will guide and support UX Designers across the full lifecycle, ensuring their work aligns with our business and UX strategy. You will mentor the team, sharing best practices and enabling them to deliver their best work while maintaining a consistent digital experience. Flexibility in your working approach is expected, as you may need to be hands-on with design delivery when necessary. Stakeholder management across scrum teams is key, as you'll enable designers to concentrate on their delivery. You’ll align design work across squads to maintain consistency and avoid disconnected experiences. Collaboration with the UX Manager, BAs, and Technical Architects to create Service Blueprints will be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead the Design System efforts, ensuring it remains current and consistently adopted, and work closely with the UX Manager to embed the UX strategy within the team’s operations. Supporting UX Designers in building confidence for facilitating workshops to collaboratively solve problems and collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand challenges, set expectations, and manage timelines will also fall under your responsibilities. Finally, you’ll focus on building strong business relationships, providing regular updates, and championing UX across the organization.
