Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in user experience or digital product design.
- Background in user interface design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking.
- Skilled in user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Comfortable designing across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with confidence in presenting design concepts and championing UX.
- Ability to lead workshops and present ideas clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead experience design projects across healthcare and consumer sectors, creating meaningful solutions that improve lives.
- Shape design strategy and craft experiences that blend physical and digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand user needs, define experience strategies, and design intuitive, inclusive, and impactful solutions.
- Analyze insights and translate them into compelling user journeys.
- Facilitate workshops, participate in user research, and prototype ideas that span digital interfaces, physical products, and service systems.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and strategists to ensure experiences are cohesive and grounded in real-world contexts.

This role is a hands-on position within a world-class design consultancy on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
