Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in Juniper LAN/WAN & Mist (essential) and desirable exposure to Extreme LAN/WLAN and Fortinet SD-WAN. You should possess strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, and the ability to create detailed Low-Level Design documentation. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a drive to mentor and lead technical teams.
Responsibilities
In your role, you will lead the implementation of complex Voice, Network, Wireless, and Security solutions using technologies like SD-WAN, SD-A, Cisco ACI, ISE, Webex, MS Teams, and NextGen Firewalls. You will translate high-level designs into detailed low-level documentation and oversee end-to-end delivery as the technical lead and single point of contact for customer solutions. Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, and Support teams will be vital to ensure seamless execution. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence service strategies while owning risk management and compliance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will drive consistency, innovation, and productivity across technical processes.
