Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years working in a digital agency environment.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP8 (procedural and object-oriented).
- Strong experience with Laravel and/or Statamic.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress (custom themes and plugins).
- Proficiency in HTML5 / CSS3 and modern JavaScript ES6+.
- Understanding of Design Patterns and clean coding principles.
- Experience working with APIs (both building and integrating).
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Git workflows (GitHub, Bitbucket).

- You will work across a variety of clients and sectors, from sports to gaming to national brands, delivering high-profile digital products using the latest technologies.
- Take ownership of full project lifecycles, from scoping and architecture through to build, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Help to evolve our technical processes, shape coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
