Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Experience with unit testing (preferably with TDD), Maven, and Git
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
- Ability to work in a team development environment
- Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Kafka
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and Bitbucket
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge of MariaDB and PostgreSQL (including Timescale)
- Skills in Build Systems (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the complete development lifecycle. You will produce efficient code to ensure the smooth operation of both internal and client-facing systems. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and solve technical problems for our customers, even if that involves working with new technologies. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other software developers and the CTO on overall product architecture. There will be ample support available as well as a vast array of existing product source code to help you get started.
