Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with Carrier Grade UCaaS Platforms / Soft Switches.
- Confident in SIP troubleshooting and network diagnostics.
- Intermediate SIP troubleshooting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience working in a technical support environment.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, and customer LAN environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and contact centers.
- Experience with reporting tools and Cisco Webex is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure support tickets are updated and resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors as needed to resolve issues.
- Assist the UC & CX Service Delivery Team as required.
- Escalate complex issues to senior UCC Specialist or Architects.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours or on-site support for key UC services.
- Participate in the emergency on-call Rota for out-of-hours support.
- Within 3-6 months, establish knowledge and apply experience to existing customers.
