SC Cleared Migration Engineer

- I will ensure the migration setup and refresh clinic are organized effectively. - I will move the specified number of devices from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic as directed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager. - I will log in to systems as needed using devices provided by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, following their instructions. - I will refresh laptops by collecting existing devices from users and handing over new devices according to the migration schedule and project processes. - I will handover and collect the correct quantity of devices in line with the migration schedule. - I will accurately update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps. - I will promptly report any issues arising from migration activities to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager. - If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate it to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer. - I will conduct daily manual stock checks and report my findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager. - I will ensure existing devices collected from users are placed at the Refresh Clinic in the packaging used for new devices and label them according to the device designation rules, indicating whether they are for disposal or refurbishment. - At the end of each day, I will move all devices and equipment back to the onsite storage location.
