Must:
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, specifically with expertise in system configuration, workflow management, scripting, and third-party integrations. You should have hands-on experience providing technical or functional support for NetSuite ERP. A strong working knowledge of SuiteScript, saved searches, custom workflows, and SuiteBuilder tools is essential. Additionally, exposure to various NetSuite modules, including Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory, is required. You must be confident in using Excel and other reporting/analytics tools to produce business insights.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for NetSuite-related support queries, offering both initial and escalated assistance. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating system settings, including user roles, permissions, and workflow rules. Building and refining saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making across the organization will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will investigate and resolve issues involving integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
