SC Cleared Migration Engineer

- Set up the Refresh Clinic as directed. - Move the necessary quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic. - Log in to any system as required using the devices provided by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, and follow their instructions. - Refresh laptops as part of your duties. - Collect existing devices from users and hand over new devices in alignment with the migration schedule and project processes. - Ensure the correct number of devices is handed over and collected based on the migration schedule. - Correctly update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps. - Promptly report any issues arising from migration activity to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager. - If issues cannot be resolved immediately, you will need to escalate them to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer. - Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager. - Place existing devices collected from users into the Refresh Clinic using the packaging of new devices, and mark the outside of the box according to the device Designation Rules to indicate whether it is for "disposal" or for refurbishment. - At the end of each day, ensure all devices and equipment are moved into the onsite storage location.
