As a Senior UX Designer, I am looking for someone who wants to be the voice of the user, ensuring that their needs and behaviors take center stage in our product development. I expect proficiency in conducting end-to-end research with the support of the UX Research Lead. Familiarity with a suite of research options and knowing when to deploy them is essential. Additionally, I seek someone who can define user journeys and leverage insights to inform both the product roadmap and UX design. Experience in creating sketches, sitemaps, wireframes, lightweight prototypes, and visual designs is crucial. You should also have a strong understanding of design principles and accessibility guidelines.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will have the responsibility of conducting user, market, and competitor research and applying my findings to create exceptional user experiences. I will collaborate closely with product managers to shape product roadmaps and prioritize backlog items, ensuring we unlock value for both users and the business. As a senior member of our team, I will play an active role in coaching mid-weight and apprentice designers, fostering collaboration with other project teams and learning from experts in UX Analytics and Research. Moreover, I will validate designs and prototypes with users to ensure they meet both user and business needs before the development phase begins.
