Requirements

Must:
- Deep knowledge of footwear design, technical specifications, materials, and performance innovations. - 4+ years of experience in footwear product development or technical design, ideally in performance, lifestyle, or high-end fashion environments. - A creative and analytical mindset, capable of marrying visionary design ideas with technical precision. - An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by ambition, confidence, and proactivity—someone who thrives in building something from scratch. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, building relationships while respecting the vision of the founders and contributing your own ideas. - A bold and memorable approach, willing to take risks and create standout products in a crowded marketplace.

- Take charge of the product lifecycle from ideation and initial concepts through prototyping, technical specifications, and final production. - Push the limits with materials, fabrics, performance technologies, and manufacturing processes to create footwear that excels in style, fit, and function. - Set standards for grading, workbooks, blocks, and sizing, ensuring flawless execution of care labels, fit, and quality control. - Work closely with global suppliers and factories, influencing material choices, production methods, and innovation opportunities. - Stay ahead of the market trends, translating them into product concepts to ensure every design is commercially and technically feasible. - Help build a high-performing product development team, establishing best practices, workflows, and a culture of creativity and excellence.
