Solution Designer

The role is based in Knutsford, UK. As a Vice President within our organization, you will contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, ensuring continuous improvement and managing policy compliance. If managing a team, you will define roles and responsibilities, plan for future departmental needs, and support employee development. As a subject matter expert, you will guide technical direction and lead collaborative projects, training and mentoring less experienced specialists. You will advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional impacts, manage and mitigate risks, and demonstrate leadership and accountability in managing these risks. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential for achieving key business objectives.
