Requirements
Must:
- IT Support Technician or graduate
- Must live within 20 miles of the job site
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platforms and Microsoft server roles
- Knowledge in hardware installation, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 management is desirable
- Networking skills related to firewalls, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching
Responsibilities
- Provide external support for all remote client-related issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 and associated tools
- Assist with various IT tasks, including networking and firewall management
- Engage in general IT problem-solving and support requests
- Handle installations, administration, and configuration tasks
