Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT roles is required.
- Ability to configure hardware, software, systems, networks, and servers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an IT Project role is preferred.
- Client-facing experience is a valuable asset.
Responsibilities
- Focus on project work and solutions design.
- Proactively and reactively solve issues as they arise.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for the company.
- Maintain, design, and install a range of IT products.
