Must:
We are looking for candidates with some macOS IT support experience. You should possess basic networking knowledge, including IP, DNS, and DHCP. Familiarity with M365 is essential, and experience with Google Workspace would be a bonus. We also expect you to maintain a clean, tidy, and professional appearance while demonstrating a client-ready manner. Additionally, you should be physically able to handle some hands-on work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 2nd/3rd line support to clients using macOS and cross-platform environments, both remotely and on-site. Your daily responsibilities will include delivering IT support to users, troubleshooting macOS issues at both the operating system and hardware levels, supporting hybrid workers, and managing cloud-based workflows. You'll be expected to work with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Addigy, and Kandji, while also assisting with system onboarding. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll need to deliver clear, jargon-free communication to non-technical users. This position is based in Central London.
