Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with proven experience and strong knowledge across core modules. Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Health & Safety (H&S), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) and SPM is beneficial.
- CTC clearance or eligibility is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, configuring, and implementing incremental changes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Working across various modules, such as SPM, IRM, Health & Safety, and BCM.
- Supporting CSDM alignment and seamless fault reporting processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
- Participating in the testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow updates.
- Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues quickly and efficiently.
