Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone at the Junior/Graduate level or with a few years of experience.
- You should have some experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
- You should know how to deploy apps to iOS and Android (projects from university or personal work are acceptable).
- You must be able to build clean, responsive UIs using Flutter widgets.
- Familiarity with state management tools like Provider or Riverpod is necessary.
- You should understand how to connect apps to REST APIs.
- A basic understanding of testing in Flutter (unit or widget tests) is required.
- You need to be comfortable using Git and working with version control systems.
Responsibilities
- As a Junior or Mid Level Developer, you will be helping to deliver exciting new products as part of a small yet growing team.
- You will collaborate with other team members to design and implement user-friendly applications.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of applications through testing and code reviews.
- Connecting applications to REST APIs and managing state effectively will be key duties in your role.

- We are a tech incubator revolutionizing technology in our space and are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Fareham or in a hybrid capacity. Our team is currently small, consisting of 5 members, but we plan to double in size next year as we grow. We are part of a much larger and successful technology solutions brand.
- In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £35k for the Graduate role and up to £45k for Mid Level candidates.
