Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and previous experience in a service desk role. Knowledge of Ivanti or ServiceNow would be beneficial. You should have experience troubleshooting and providing high-level technical support, particularly with Microsoft systems and environments, ensuring that service level agreements are met. You will need the ability to prioritize service desk tickets while considering workload, resources, and other priorities. Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer experience by responding positively and creatively to the needs of others while adhering to service standards.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for working towards service level agreements by managing and resolving service desk tickets while delivering a high level of customer service. You will gain hands-on experience with Windows 10 and O365, and escalate tickets to the Infrastructure/Cloud Ops team to ensure that issues are addressed promptly. Your support will be provided through various channels including telephone, email, face-to-face interactions, and service desk tickets. You will also produce technical documentation for departmental use and create user guides for the business to enhance the effective use of systems. Additionally, you will provide support for the Windows network and desktop applications, including Microsoft Office, Avaya telephone systems, Android, Apple, VPN, Citrix, and Exchange email.
