Requirements
Must:
- I have 3-5 years of proven experience as a Laravel Developer.
- I possess experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, or similar methodologies.
- I have experience with cost optimizations.
- I am proficient in debugging and mitigating scaling issues.
- I have experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Livewire, React, Vue.js, and Angular.
- I am skilled in back-end technologies such as Laravel and Symfony.
- I am familiar with database technologies such as MySQL.
- I have experience with version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- I understand web security and best practices for secure web application development.
- I have a basic understanding of systems administration, especially AWS and Linux-based systems, as well as managed MySQL.
- I have knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/UDP) and serialization formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to maintain both the front-end and back-end components of multiple systems and web applications.
- I will work closely with my team, manager, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the requirements and specifications of our customers.
- I may be required to travel around the UK and occasionally to our other offices in Europe.
- I will develop and implement software solutions using modern web technologies, including Laravel, Tailwind, Livewire, Filament, Laravel Nova, MySQL, and Node.js/JavaScript.
- I will write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- I will troubleshoot and debug code to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of applications.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to deliver high-quality software applications.
- I will stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
- I will support system programming languages, such as Python, to enhance server monitoring and reliability.
